The Emergency Accommodation Company is a marketing and connection platform only. We do not act as a letting agent, booking agent, or party to any accommodation agreement between hosts and enquirers.

Any accommodation arrangement, tenancy agreement, licence, or contract is made solely between the host and the enquirer. We accept no liability for the terms, performance, or outcome of any such arrangement.

3. Host Obligations

Hosts using the platform agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information about their properties.
  • Maintain all required compliance certifications (gas safety, electrical, EPC, etc.) in current status.
  • Hold valid ownership or management authority for any listed property.
  • Respond to enquiries in a timely manner and treat all enquirers fairly and without discrimination.
  • Pay the monthly listing fee as agreed.

4. Enquirer Obligations

Enquirers agree to provide accurate contact details and genuine enquiries. Misuse of the enquiry system, spam, or harassment of hosts may result in account suspension.

5. Payments

Host listing fees are processed by Stripe. All payments are subject to Stripe's terms and conditions. We do not process payments between hosts and enquirers.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on this platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of The Emergency Accommodation Company Ltd or its licensors and is protected by UK copyright law.

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Governing Law
